About The Position
The Senior Home Health Sales Executive drives referral growth by developing relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and community providers. This role promotes Medicare-covered skilled home health services while ensuring full compliance with CMS and Florida regulations.
Requirements
- Established referral relationships for Home Care patients
- 2+ years home care, home health or hospice sales experience required.
- Knowledge of home health referral processes
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Build and manage referral relationships to increase admissions
- Manage territory activity, referral pipeline, and census growth
- Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to convert referrals
- Represent the company at community and healthcare events
- Maintain compliance with Medicare, Anti-Kickback, and Stark regulations
