About The Position

The Senior Home Care Sales Executive will be responsible for driving referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff, including social workers and RN case managers, as well as area Rehabs and Physicians. This role involves representing the agency at community and healthcare events, and working closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient/client satisfaction. The primary goal is to establish referral relationships for home care patients, with a preference for private pay clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years home care sales
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with sales CRM software

Responsibilities

  • Drive referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff including social workers and RN case managers, area Rehabs and Physicians.
  • Represent the agency at community and healthcare events
  • Work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient/client satisfaction
  • Established referral relationships for home care patients. Private pay preferred.
