About The Position
This is a Full-Time, Direct-Hire position for a Senior Home Care Recruiter. The role offers an excellent benefits package, a lucrative base salary, and a bonus structure. The primary responsibility is to develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs, and HHAs. The recruiter will screen resumes, conduct various types of interviews (phone, virtual, and face-to-face), and schedule interviews for hiring managers, managing a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting
- Caregiver recruiting required
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Social Media Recruitment experience
- Experience attending events
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Home care recruiting highly preferred
