HomeWell Care Services of Lake County & The Villages is seeking a motivated and ambitious Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives, build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, assist in driving sales growth, and help generate new business opportunities throughout The Villages. Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and professional presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, team members, vendors, and the public.
Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to serve healthcare clients.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Serve as a professional and knowledgeable representative of the agency within the healthcare community.
Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with existing referral sources.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for new and existing service territories.
Identify, pursue, and participate in community marketing and networking opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the assigned territory.
Manage and maintain the agency's social media platforms to enhance community engagement and brand awareness.
