As a Senior Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be the critical First Point of Contact, providing technical and operational support to two primary groups: Signify Health’s Clinician Network (Providers) and our internal employee base. This role requires a strong 'Customer First' mindset to support our Clinician Network—healthcare professionals (e.g., Nurse Practitioners, Doctors) who use our mobile application for home healthcare services like medical screenings, medication management, and patient information capture.
