About The Position
The Senior Healthcare Recruiter provides leaders with advice, counsel, and planning to ensure the timely and effective recruitment of qualified applicants needed to meet the organization’s recruiting goals. This is a limited-term role slated for a minimum of six months and includes full benefits. Candidates must live in a state where Seattle Children’s operates: Washington, Alaska, or Montana.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of recruitment experience.
- At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume work environment.
- Must live in Washington, Alaska, or Montana.
Nice To Haves
- Experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs).
- Experience recruiting within union environments.
