Requirements
- 10+ years of design experience, including 5+ years in healthcare design
- Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
- Strong knowledge of contract furniture and healthcare environments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and space planning
- Confidence leading meetings, presentations, and client conversations
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- A collaborative spirit and passion for mentoring others
Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare design projects including programming, space planning, and specifications
- Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver thoughtful, impactful solutions
- Create conceptual designs, block plans, and detailed drawings (AutoCAD)
- Conduct product research and ensure design accuracy and compliance
- Present ideas in client meetings, RFPs, and project interviews
- Collaborate across teams to elevate healthcare expertise and outcomes
- Mentor and support the growth of other designers
- Help drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in workflows
