Requirements

10+ years of design experience, including 5+ years in healthcare design
Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
Strong knowledge of contract furniture and healthcare environments
Proficiency in AutoCAD and space planning
Confidence leading meetings, presentations, and client conversations
A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
A collaborative spirit and passion for mentoring others

Responsibilities

Lead healthcare design projects including programming, space planning, and specifications
Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver thoughtful, impactful solutions
Create conceptual designs, block plans, and detailed drawings (AutoCAD)
Conduct product research and ensure design accuracy and compliance
Present ideas in client meetings, RFPs, and project interviews
Collaborate across teams to elevate healthcare expertise and outcomes
Mentor and support the growth of other designers
Help drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in workflows
