About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager, Health Services to join our Partnership Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic sales growth, develop key partnerships, and remove barriers for our sales teams, all while working with one of the leading companies in digital health. The ideal candidate will bring experience in sales enablement, a deep understanding of the healthcare payer and employer markets, and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Commercial sales
  • Strong Knowledge of Healthcare and Payer Markets
  • Experience with CRM Tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Sales Reporting
  • Effective Communication and Relationship-Building Skills
  • Proven Track Record in Project Management and Strategic Planning

  • Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting Skills
  • Understanding of Sales Methodologies and Enablement Tools

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate pipeline growth
  • Create and maintain a successful partnership with client commercial teams
  • Remove barriers for our Hinge Health sales teams to create and advance opportunities
  • Establish relationship with the client commercial leaders and sales and account managers to be the main point of contact for all things related to partnership growth
  • Identify and execute on partnership expansion opportunities
