About The Position
DMR Technologies is seeking a Flight Control Hardware Engineer to lead the design, revision, validation, and production of our drone flight control electronics. This position owns hardware from concept through production while working alongside firmware and manufacturing teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hardware design experience
- Altium, PADS, or similar PCB tools
- Drone, robotics, aerospace, or industrial electronics
- Experience with GNSS, RTK, IMU, MCU, power electronics
- Mass production experience
Nice To Haves
- RF or EMC design
- Agricultural drone experience
- High-speed PCB design
Responsibilities
- Design and revise flight controller hardware
- Create schematics and PCB layouts
- Select components and manage EOL replacements
- Support prototype builds and production
- Optimize manufacturability
- Collaborate with firmware engineers
