We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Hardware Engineer – MCU Performance Analysis to join our Semiconductor Center of Excellence. In this pivotal role, you will lead the definition, development, and execution of MCU performance analysis strategies for state‑of‑the‑art microcontroller solutions used in next‑generation automotive electronics platforms. You will be responsible for MCU‑centric performance modeling, analysis, and correlation, including workload and benchmark definition, silicon performance simulations, measurement and debug to ensure our MCU platforms meet functional, performance, efficiency, and real‑time requirements from concept through production.
