About The Position

Endor Labs is seeking a high-impact GTM Recruiter to lead and scale hiring across its go-to-market organization. This role will focus particularly on building out the enterprise sales team (AEs, Sales Engineers, and sales leadership), as well as supporting Marketing, CS, Partnerships, RevOps, and Sales Development. This is a sourcing-first, full-ownership position where the recruiter will build pipelines, manage searches from start to finish, and compete for in-demand talent in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will enjoy the recruitment process, thrive in a startup environment, and excel at attracting passive candidates. Prior agency experience in cybersecurity or high-growth tech, combined with in-house startup experience, is preferred. This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire role.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience ideally with time spent both at an external agency supporting cybersecurity or software development companies and internally.
  • Ability to own the entire GTM req load end to end — intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview design, close, and offer negotiation — operating with full autonomy and accountability for the funnel.
  • Strong sourcing skills: building target lists, engaging passive talent, and crafting outreach that converts.
  • Proven track record hiring enterprise/field sales in B2B SaaS, ideally spanning AEs, SEs, and sales leadership.
  • Comfortable operating in startup environments and ramping quickly on complex technical domains.
  • Naturally curious, resourceful, and energized by uncovering hard-to-find talent.
  • A clear, confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and business functions, from initial intake to offer, with a heavy emphasis on sourcing.
  • Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines using various outbound methods (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox AI, Meetups/Events).
  • Proactively map target accounts, competitors, and niche talent pools relevant to cybersecurity and software development.
  • Partner directly with sales leadership to scale the enterprise sales organization, including quota-carrying Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and sales leaders, as well as marketing, CS, and partnerships hiring.
  • Run effective, structured kickoff meetings and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers.
  • Understand business goals and product direction to anticipate future talent needs.
  • Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and thoughtful candidate journey from first outreach to offer close.
  • Track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and sourcing yield, sharing insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Compete in a hyper-competitive talent market by mapping competitors and niche pools, and crafting outreach that attracts passive candidates.
  • Participate in strategic talent initiatives and help refine interviewing rubrics, scorecards, DEI sourcing approaches, and calibration processes.
