Endor Labs is seeking a high-impact GTM Recruiter to lead and scale hiring across its go-to-market organization. This role will focus particularly on building out the enterprise sales team (AEs, Sales Engineers, and sales leadership), as well as supporting Marketing, CS, Partnerships, RevOps, and Sales Development. This is a sourcing-first, full-ownership position where the recruiter will build pipelines, manage searches from start to finish, and compete for in-demand talent in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will enjoy the recruitment process, thrive in a startup environment, and excel at attracting passive candidates. Prior agency experience in cybersecurity or high-growth tech, combined with in-house startup experience, is preferred. This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire role.
