About The Position

Genus AI is the operating layer for AI-native commerce. We help leading DTC brands turn their product catalog into a performance engine - combining feed infrastructure, AI-generated creative, and performance intelligence to drive revenue across paid channels. This is not traditional media buying. This is catalog-driven growth at scale. We work with brands spending $50K–$1M+ per month — where DPA is not a tactic, it is the system. We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager focused on Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), catalog strategy, and performance systems. You will own a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands and be responsible for: Turning product catalogs into scalable acquisition engines, Structuring DPA systems that drive consistent ROAS, and Connecting feed logic, creative systems, and campaign performance. This is not a creative-first role. This is a performance + infrastructure role. You are not optimizing ads. You are designing the system that makes ads work.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in performance marketing (Meta-heavy DTC)
  • Proven experience managing $100K–$1M+/month spend
  • Strong track record hitting ROAS / CAC / MER targets
  • Deep understanding of Meta ad system mechanics
  • Experience with Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)
  • Strong understanding of product feeds, product sets, and catalog segmentation
  • Ability to analyze performance at SKU-level granularity
  • Structured thinking around testing and experimentation
  • You think in systems, not assets
  • You care about revenue, not vanity metrics
  • You are high ownership and fast-moving
  • You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and speed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with feed tools (Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, etc.)
  • Experience with AI-driven creative or catalog systems

Responsibilities

  • Architect and scale Dynamic Product Ad systems across Meta and other channels
  • Structure product feeds, product sets, and segmentation logic
  • Define how catalog data translates into campaign performance
  • Identify revenue opportunities at the SKU / product level
  • Own $50K–$500K+/month in ad spend across 10+ brands
  • Drive core metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, contribution margin
  • Analyze performance at the product, creative system, and audience level
  • Identify scaling opportunities and inefficiencies quickly
  • Build and iterate campaign architectures (CBO / ASC / DPA frameworks)
  • Design and execute structured testing systems (not random iteration)
  • Connect catalog → creative → audience → performance loop
  • Improve signal quality and learning phase stability
  • Lead performance conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Translate data into clear growth strategy
  • Proactively identify revenue opportunities
  • Act as a trusted operator, not just a service provider
  • Mentor junior team members (creative + performance)
  • Help define best practices for catalog-driven advertising
  • Contribute to internal playbooks and frameworks
  • Work closely with product and engineering to improve platform capabilities
