About The Position

We're looking for a senior growth marketer who can build our demand gen engine from the ground up and own the programs that turn awareness into pipeline. This is a builder's role: you'll set up the systems, run the campaigns, and prove what works, then scale it. This role is a broad growth marketing role, including demand generation, content, events, lifecycle, web, and whatever else moves the needle in a given week. We hire people who want to fix any problem they see, not just the ones in their job description. If that's not how you operate, this isn't the role.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in growth or demand generation marketing, ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company.
  • A proven track record building demand gen programs that drove measurable pipeline
  • Hands-on experience with demand gen channels (paid search/social, email, webinars, ABM) and the tooling behind them (marketing automation, CRM, attribution).
  • Exposure to field marketing and events — you've planned and executed them, and you know how to tie them back to pipeline.
  • Strong analytical instincts; comfortable owning a number and reporting on it honestly.
  • A bias toward action and ownership. You're comfortable with with ambiguity and energized by building something from zero.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to NYC.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust with sales teams and operate as a true business partner
  • Experience working with HubSpot
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale up Raspberry's demand generation function multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, webinars, and content syndication that drive qualified pipeline
  • Own the full funnel from lead capture to MQL to pipeline, partnering closely with sales on handoff, scoring, and conversion
  • Plan and run field marketing — industry events, dinners, conferences, and targeted regional activations (especially in fashion/retail hubs) that generate and accelerate pipeline.
  • Manage budget and external vendors/agencies, making sharp calls on where to spend.
  • Pitch in across the broader marketing motion — content, lifecycle, website, product launches — as priorities shift.
