Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing
  • Proven experience leading international or multi-market marketing programs
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational excellence with a hands-on approach
  • Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Deep expertise in email, in-app messaging, and lifecycle marketing channels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and evolve growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and product priorities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of growth marketers, establishing workflows, priorities, and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and lifecycle marketing channels, ensuring alignment with revenue goals
  • Oversee international campaign localization, vendor management, and cultural adaptation to support scalable global programs
  • Drive experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and segmentation strategies to optimize customer engagement and revenue impact
  • Partner with Creative, Content, Product, Analytics, and Marketing Operations teams to align growth initiatives with product launches and adoption goals
  • Define KPIs, measure performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to leadership to inform future strategies
