About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketer to help shape the future of Fullscript Labs, one of our fastest-growing strategic investments. If you're someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves experimenting, and enjoys building growth engines from the ground up, we'd love to meet you. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll blend Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product Marketing to help practitioners discover, adopt, and get value from our Labs experience. You'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams while owning initiatives that directly influence growth across the customer journey. Requirements

5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing role.
Experience owning customer lifecycle programs from strategy through execution.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Braze, or similar.
Experience partnering closely with Product teams on launches, messaging, or go-to-market initiatives.
A strong understanding of segmentation, experimentation, personalization, and customer journey optimization.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written communication skills and an eye for crafting compelling customer messaging.
A data-informed mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
Experience using AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, n8n, or similar) to improve workflows and productivity.
Familiarity with email deliverability and compliance best practices (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Nice To Haves

Experience with paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience working in HealthTech, SaaS, or another high-growth technology company.

Responsibilities

Own lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive activation, engagement, retention, and growth across the Labs experience.
Build, launch, QA, and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, webinars, and educational content.
Develop onboarding and customer journey experiences that help practitioners quickly realize the value of Labs.
Partner closely with Product to develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new features, partnerships, and launches.
Design and execute growth experiments across lifecycle channels, continuously improving conversion, engagement, and customer outcomes.
Use segmentation, personalization, and automation to deliver relevant communications throughout the customer lifecycle.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities and rapidly test ideas.
Capture customer stories, testimonials, and proof points to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement.
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve campaign creation, workflows, and overall marketing efficiency.
