About The Position

Teton is the proactive care platform for senior living. Our system helps care teams detect health risks earlier, respond faster to incidents, and operate more consistently across shifts and communities. Teton installs a small sensor and compute unit in resident rooms that continuously interprets activity and health signals such as mobility, sleep, and respiration. Insights are delivered directly to care teams through the Teton application, enabling faster response, stronger documentation, and earlier intervention. By giving care teams objective visibility into what is happening across their communities, Teton helps providers improve resident safety, support staff, and deliver higher-quality care. We are seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own and scale Teton’s digital growth engine. This role will focus on building and operating the core marketing channels that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. You will lead the strategy and execution for email marketing, website performance, and paid media, ensuring these systems work together to create a measurable and repeatable growth motion. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Territory leads to turn campaigns and product launches into structured growth programs that attract, educate, and convert senior living operators. This role is both strategic and operational. You will design growth experiments, build the underlying systems that power them, and use data to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles
  • Strong experience managing email marketing, website optimization, and paid media
  • Experience operating marketing platforms such as HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and analytics systems
  • Demonstrated ability to design and run growth experiments across channels
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and pipeline impact
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Content teams

  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, or regulated industries is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own Teton’s Digital Growth Engine
  • Design and operate the systems that drive awareness and engagement across key digital channels including email, website, and paid media.
  • Develop a measurable growth model that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Lead Email and Lifecycle Marketing
  • Build and manage Teton’s email programs including newsletters, product announcements, campaign distribution, and lifecycle nurturing.
  • Segment audiences across operators, clinical leaders, and prospects to deliver relevant messaging at the right stage of the buyer journey.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure email programs support outbound motions and re-engage high intent prospects.
  • Optimize Website Performance
  • Own Teton’s website as a growth channel.
  • Improve conversion across key journeys such as product education, content engagement, and demo interest.
  • Work with design and product marketing to continuously improve messaging, landing pages, and conversion flows.
  • Run Paid Media and Demand Experiments
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn and industry publications.
  • Translate campaigns and launches into paid programs that drive qualified traffic and measurable engagement.
  • Continuously test creative, targeting, and landing page performance to improve efficiency.
  • Build Marketing Infrastructure
  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure marketing systems are connected to CRM and reporting.
  • Maintain clean data, clear attribution, and strong visibility into performance across channels.
  • Create dashboards and reporting that allow the team to understand what is working and where to invest next.
  • Support Campaign Execution
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content on campaign launches, product announcements, and industry narratives.
  • Translate campaign strategy into practical distribution plans across email, website, and paid channels.
