AtaccamaBoston, MA
$110,000 - $140,000Hybrid

About The Position

Ataccama is seeking a Senior Growth Campaign Manager to design, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline for global enterprise accounts. This hands-on role owns campaign activation end-to-end, translating product marketing and content strategy into actionable campaigns across various channels and regions. The ideal candidate is proficient in both operational mechanics and creative strategy, comfortable using AI tools and marketing technology to enhance performance. This is a high-impact position for an individual focused on pipeline outcomes and shaping the operations of a modern, AI-augmented growth team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in demand generation and integrated campaigns.
  • Experience owning campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels and regions.
  • Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline for global or enterprise accounts.
  • Strong campaign operations skills: hands-on building, configuring, and QA-ing campaigns in a marketing automation platform.
  • Solid grasp of lead flow, routing, attribution, and data hygiene.
  • Strong experience working with Sales and BDR teams toward shared revenue goals.
  • Clear grasp of the full demand funnel.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot, 6sense, and Salesforce for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.
  • Practical experience with intent-based marketing: using intent and engagement signals to prioritize accounts, time campaigns, and personalize touchpoints (ideally with a platform like 6sense).
  • Deep, hands-on paid media experience: proven track record planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn), display, retargeting, and content syndication.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and vendor performance to a pipeline target.
  • A data-driven mindset, able to turn campaign performance into clear insights and actionable optimization decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, comfortable running multiple campaigns at once in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy as an active user of AI tools to accelerate work, raise quality, and scale personalization.
  • Highly collaborative and a proactive communicator across global, cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio of integrated campaigns conceived and run, not just executed, with a track record of sourced pipeline.
  • A creative and storytelling sensibility, able to shape concept, offer, and copy.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels (paid media, email, organic) to drive global enterprise pipeline.
  • Translate product marketing messaging and content strategy into clear campaign architecture, defining target segments, intent signals, CTAs, channel mix, and success metrics.
  • Own campaign timelines, briefs, asset requirements, and approval workflows, coordinating across Content, Digital, Creative, and Field Marketing.
  • Lead campaign kick-offs to ensure stakeholder clarity on roles, outputs, and timing.
  • Develop flagship integrated campaign concepts, including narrative, hero offer, and creative direction, in partnership with Content and Creative.
  • Own the operational build of campaigns: program setup, audience segmentation, list management, and QA.
  • Build and maintain campaign workflows, nurture journeys, and automation in HubSpot, ensuring seamless handoffs to Salesforce.
  • Manage lead lifecycle mechanics and the feedback loop with BDRs in partnership with Marketing Ops.
  • Maintain campaign hygiene, including templates, reusable assets, and documentation, to ensure consistent and scalable campaign execution.
  • Troubleshoot campaign execution issues.
  • Drive pipeline across the full funnel, owning a quarterly sourced and influenced pipeline target.
  • Forecast pipeline contribution by program from awareness to SQO progression.
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to align campaigns with live conversations and intent signals, and maintain a feedback loop for conversion improvement.
  • Execute and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics using AI workflows, identifying high-value accounts and tailoring messaging.
  • Integrate intent-based marketing into campaign design, using intent and engagement signals to prioritize accounts and time outreach.
  • Translate intent data into action with Sales and BDRs, surfacing in-market accounts and aligning campaign plays to buyer demand.
  • Equip BDRs and AEs with campaign-tied plays, talk tracks, and outreach sequences for effective field conversion.
  • Plan, brief, and optimize paid media across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn and others), display, retargeting, and content syndication.
  • Own agency and vendor relationships and their performance for paid media channels.
  • Own organic and owned-channel activation, including SEO-aligned content campaigns, landing pages, email, and website conversion paths.
  • Run webinars and virtual events as campaign vehicles, managing promotion, follow-up, and lead capture.
  • Coordinate with AEO/SEO workstreams to reinforce search and engine visibility.
  • Manage syndication and third-party media placements, ensuring lead quality and clean funnel delivery.
  • Own campaign budget allocation across channels, forecasting spend-to-pipeline and making trade-off decisions for optimal return.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure campaign messaging reflects ICPs, buyer personas, use cases, and market opportunities.
  • Work with Field Marketing to adapt global campaign assets for regional audiences and local market needs.
  • Align with the digital team on landing pages, CRO, and on-site components to maximize conversion.
  • Build campaign themes and audience signals into Lifecycle Marketing workflows for post-lead nurture and behavior-driven journeys.
  • Own the campaign offer strategy, defining assets, tools, conversion paths, and gated/ungated approaches.
  • Track and analyze performance across the full funnel (CTR, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs), producing insight summaries and contributing to reviews.
  • Own a continuous experimentation roadmap across messaging, audience, offer, and channel, with clear hypotheses and a learning cadence.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets and report on spend efficiency.
  • Feed learnings back to Product Marketing, Content, and the wider Growth team.
  • Utilize AI tools (generative platforms, AI-assisted analytics, automation in HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Snowflake Intelligence) to increase output, accelerate testing, and personalize at scale.
