As a Senior Group Sales and Site Manager, you’re not just generating and managing group sales – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Join the Hilton team as a Senior Sales Manager selling for the Hilton Waikoloa Village location! Hilton Waikoloa Village is located on the sunny, scenic Kohala Coast, our oceanfront resort offers a taste of the island life full of culture, poolside relaxation, and a chance to meet marine wildlife up close. The hotel sits on 62 acres, has 640+ hotel rooms and over 241,000 square feet of event space.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of big box hotel sales experience
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Resort selling background
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Hilton Waikoloa Village, or the Hawaiian Islands is highly preferred
