Saskatchewan Blue Cross®, one of Saskatchewan’s Top Employers, is currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Senior Group Benefits Service Specialist to join our team in the Group Benefits department. This position offers the flexibility to be in-office or participate in hybrid options in our Saskatoon or Regina office. The Senior Group Benefits Service Specialist role represents SBC externally with existing and potential complex clients as well as Advisors, Firms and Partners. This role is responsible for providing exemplary service in support of retention of existing complex business and the pursuit of new complex market opportunities. The Senior Group Benefits Service Specialist works alongside the Account Executives in this client facing role and excels in the delivery of superior service to Plan Advisors/Consultants and Plan Sponsors. This role collaborates with internal service providers such as Administration & Operational Services team, Underwriting, Accounting and Health & Dental Claim teams to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our partners. This position represents Saskatchewan Blue Cross in client-facing meetings, industry presentations and is responsible for managing installation of new business, processing complex amendments, developing and maintaining strong relationships with Plan Administrators, preparing service reports, annual account management plans and presentations.
