About The Position

YourStudio is a dynamic strategy and creative agency specializing in next-generation experiences and environments for global brands. With studios in London, Melbourne, New York, and LA, we work supportively as one global team to deliver award-winning retail experiences that are recognized globally. The Senior Graphic Designer on this retainer account turns raw, unstructured client material into beautifully crafted, story-driven presentations. Working full-time on the account, you will take retail directives and dense source documents — often delivered in a raw form — and shape them into clear, polished, on-brand Keynote decks. This is a role for a designer with strong editorial instincts and exceptional attention to detail - someone who can absorb a large volume of information quickly, find the through-line, and translate it into a compelling narrative and layout. It is an ideal step for a designer moving into their first senior position, with the support of a Design Director. Success in this role means the client consistently receives sharp, considered, presentation-ready work that elevates their retail communications and deepens their trust in the studio.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to design clear, elegant, high-impact presentations and decks.
  • Strong storytelling and editorial skills — able to build a narrative arc and structure information for clarity and persuasion.
  • Confident command of layout, typography, hierarchy and the use of imagery.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for finish and consistency.
  • Ability to take in a large amount of information at once and quickly organise it into something coherent.
  • Expert in Keynote (and comfortable in Google Slides / PowerPoint) for presentation design.
  • Strong across Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Figma and Miro.
  • Proficient in using AI tools to explore, test and iterate within the creative process.
  • Clear, confident communicator, internally and with the client.
  • Pragmatic problem-solver who balances creative ambition with the realities of a fast-moving retainer.
  • Calm and organised under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple directives.
  • Collaborative, reliable and easy to work with across disciplines.
  • Culturally curious and tuned into retail, sport and youth culture.

Nice To Haves

  • Print production and artworking is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret raw, complex client inputs — retail directives, briefs, and reference documents — and transform them into polished, beautifully designed Keynote presentations.
  • Distil large volumes of information into clear, well-organised decks with a strong narrative arc and logical flow.
  • Craft compelling layouts that balance editorial clarity with visual impact, using typography, hierarchy and imagery to guide the reader.
  • Source, select and treat imagery to strengthen the story and maintain a consistently high standard of craft across every slide.
  • Maintain brand consistency and a high level of finish across all outputs, working at pace across multiple directives.
  • Read, interpret and structure dense source material — deciding what matters, what to cut, and how to sequence it.
  • Apply strong editorial judgement to shape raw content into a clear, persuasive narrative.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of copy, data and detail throughout each deck.
  • Manage your own time effectively across concurrent directives, keeping work on track and on schedule.
  • Work closely with the Design Director and Project Managers to deliver against agreed scope and timelines, communicating proactively and flagging issues early.
  • Turn work around efficiently without compromising on quality of thinking or craft.
  • Build a strong working understanding of the client's brand, its audience and its retail context.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Account and Design colleagues to make sure decks land the intended message.
  • Contribute constructively to feedback and reviews, taking direction well and building on it.
