About The Position

We are a fast-growing global FMCG company supplying leading retailers for the past 25 years across North America, Australia, Europe and Asia. We're looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer who can create bold, commercially successful designs that elevate our brands across packaging, retail, digital and marketing channels. You will be responsible for designing packaging, presentations, marketing materials and digital assets for products sold through some of the world's largest retailers. This role combines creativity, technical packaging expertise and strong project management skills.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years' experience in FMCG, CPG, packaging or consumer products.
• Strong portfolio across packaging, branding, print, presentation and digital design.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes and prepress requirements.
• Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers.
• Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity.
• Creative, commercially minded and highly detail-oriented.
• Passionate about fun, bright, impactful, trend-setting design.
• Fast, organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Positive, collaborative and easy to work with.
• Comfortable working with teams across Australia, Asia and the USA.
• Proactive, accountable and willing to go above and beyond to deliver excellence

Responsibilities

• Design & Packaging Design stand-up pouches, flexible packaging, cartons, labels, display cases and retail-ready packaging.
• Create impactful, original designs that stand out on shelf and online.
• Develop branding, packaging concepts and visual assets across multiple product categories.
• Prepare artwork, mock-ups and production-ready files.
• Print & Production Manage artwork from concept through to final production.
• Review proofs, approve artwork and work closely with printers and manufacturers.
• Create physical mock-up files and artwork to scale using metric and US measurement systems.
• Ensure consistency, quality and accuracy across all projects.
• Marketing & Sales Support Design product presentations, pitch decks, catalogues, flyers, brochures, magazine ads and sales materials.
• Create website layouts, digital ads, social media assets and email marketing content.
• Support retailer presentations, product launches and new business opportunities.
• Global Collaboration Work closely with the Head of Product Development (Sydney) and Technical Director (California).
• Coordinate with printers and suppliers in China and Thailand.
• Be flexible with working hours when required to support print approvals and production deadlines.
