About The Position

KH + Madden is an independent marketing agency formed through the strategic partnership of Karsh Hagan and Madden Media. By blending bold creative storytelling with high-performing media, PR, GEO, and data-driven strategy, the agency helps ambitious brands close the gap between how they are seen and how they are felt-building genuine connections through moments that move people, brands, and places forward. As a creative at KH + Madden, you'll be responsible for developing visually compelling, brand-aligned marketing solutions across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms. You'll own the creative strategy for client projects, ensuring every campaign is built for success from the start. From crafting eye-catching designs to simplifying complex content, you'll create work that influences attitudes, drives engagement, and delivers results. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, keeping everything on track and ensuring clients receive exceptional, on-brand creative solutions-on time and error-free.

Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects.
• A killer online portfolio showcasing dynamic campaigns across digital, web, social, and traditional mediums.
• Experience collaborating with accounts, media, production, and UX/UI teams.
• Understanding the power of visual storytelling in brand marketing.
• Natural ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to present and sell your work, confidently explaining the strategy behind each creative decision.
• Ability to work under pressure and find ways to make things work.
• 5+ years of agency experience.
• Willingness to lead, create, and inspire.
