About The Position

True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a growing creative team at an early and exciting moment for the company. The company's mission is to build innovative technology that solves next-generation engineering, manufacturing, and operational challenges for space security and sustainability, ensuring the peaceful use of space. This role is essential for inspiring, narrating, and building the brand's presence. It is a hands-on position focused on creating product assets, brand materials, and visionary content. The designer will work directly with the Creative Director and will have significant ownership in defining how an emerging and critical industry presents itself to the world, with work seen at the highest levels of government, military, and the public.

Requirements

An amazing portfolio that showcases personal artistic skills and demonstrates experience on projects you’re proud of
Experience in Tech, Games, design/creative agency, or freelance backgrounds
Comfort with Adobe Creative Suite, Blender or Cinema 4D for 3D, and Figma for UX
Mastery of your own toolset
Ability to leverage experience to work quickly and efficiently
Ability to take ownership of creative programs and see them through concept to final execution
Ability to turn your hand to what’s needed
Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Responsibilities

Create visual assets from scratch utilizing a variety of methods, including 3D, 2D, photography, and film, to help build products
Drive vision with products and company strategy and visualize ways to tell the company's story in a connecting manner
Bring impeccable design and artistic vision into everything the company does to make it stand out
Leverage experience to work quickly and efficiently within a lean team, contributing actively and moving fast
Take ownership of creative programs and see them through from concept to final execution
Adapt to various design needs, such as creating livery for a spacecraft or presentation materials for a board meeting
