The Senior Graphic Designer (Art Director) will be responsible for providing advanced creative technical advice for highly complex marketing communication projects. This role involves consulting with business leaders to understand needs, providing creative input in the strategic development of communication and marketing materials, and offering design efficiency recommendations. The position requires developing creative ideas and solutions, originating design layouts, and executing creative plans using graphic design software to produce printed/digital sales and marketing materials, multimedia solutions, and/or interactive experiences. The role also supports business initiatives, identifies process improvement opportunities, and may act as a project lead for complex assignments, potentially guiding team members and consulting directly with clients. The Senior Graphic Designer will develop on-strategy creative concepts that break through across channels, collaborate with copywriting partners, and maintain the tone and identity of the company's brands. A wide range of deliverables, including social media, digital display, landing pages, videos, and print collateral, will be produced.
