About The Position

The Senior Graphic Designer (Art Director) will be responsible for providing advanced creative technical advice for highly complex marketing communication projects. This role involves consulting with business leaders to understand needs, providing creative input in the strategic development of communication and marketing materials, and offering design efficiency recommendations. The position requires developing creative ideas and solutions, originating design layouts, and executing creative plans using graphic design software to produce printed/digital sales and marketing materials, multimedia solutions, and/or interactive experiences. The role also supports business initiatives, identifies process improvement opportunities, and may act as a project lead for complex assignments, potentially guiding team members and consulting directly with clients. The Senior Graphic Designer will develop on-strategy creative concepts that break through across channels, collaborate with copywriting partners, and maintain brand identity and tone. A wide range of deliverables, including social media, digital display, landing pages, videos, and print collateral, will be produced.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • A portfolio/reel of conceptual and expertly crafted campaigns is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite highly preferred.
  • Experience with social media (Instagram and Facebook) preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Art Direction or Design highly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate ideas with clarity and influence audiences highly preferred.
  • Conversant in industry trends and current technology highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and relationship building skills highly preferred.

  • May consult directly with clients and team members on all projects in progress within the department.
  • Develops creative concepts that are on strategy and that break through across channels.
  • Collaborates with a copywriting partner to produce thoughtful engaging executions.
  • Supports and cares for the tone and identity of our brands.
  • Produces a wide range of deliverables, including social media, digital display, landing pages, videos, and print collateral materials.
