About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Integrator/Chief of Staff to support the Vice President of Growth in Berkeley, MO. This role is crucial for supporting the leadership team's operations and deliverables, focusing on areas such as Operating Rhythm, Organization Optimization, Performance Metrics, Lean/productivity initiatives, integrated data solutions, and Program Management Best Practices. The position also ensures clear communication across the organization and with external customers and stakeholders, while integrating with BGS and BDS programs and functions to achieve business goals. The role involves acquiring resources for organizational activities, leading process improvements, aligning management system architecture, and championing a services-first approach. Requirements

Experience being flexible with working with a geographically distributed team.
Experience in a role that required strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
Experience developing presentation materials suitable for executive-level management.
5+ years of experience leading a team in a formal and/or informal role.
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
5+ years of experience working in ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations.
Experience, and at least considered an intermediate user, with office tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or higher.
3+ years of experience leading and supporting the development and integration of business plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.
Experience developing and/or reporting metrics & KPIs.
Experience with digital transformation – embracing and promoting a technology-focused, digital environment that enables an efficient metrics-driven operating model.
Ability to manage complex topics.

Responsibilities

Support in the development and execution of strategy, communications, and operating rhythm for the Growth team in Government Services.
Collaborates with the Program Management team on strategic discussions, data analysis, and support of meeting the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP).
Facilitates communication and collaborative efforts between BGS Business Operations, BGS Program Management, BDS Program Management, Boeing Functional partners, and customers to meet joint objectives.
Ensures organizational alignment with Boeing processes, Program Management Best Practices, and compliance requirements.
Supports the Leader in internal and external meetings to ensure efficient operation and tracking of meeting actions to completion.
Identifies risks and opportunities, and develops mitigation planning.
Works directly with the Leader and leadership team to develop content for presentations to Senior Executives of BGS Government Services and BGS on a monthly basis.
Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies.
Leads the analysis, execution, and continuous improvement of the management system.
Leads special projects and ensures coordination, implementation, and execution are successful on behalf of leadership.
Fosters effective working relationships with Business and Growth leadership, functional partners, and customer counterparts, embedding into the business.
