The Role We’re looking for a Senior Go Developer to join our new development team within the global VR video streaming ecosystem.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with Go.
- Solid knowledge of Postgres and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on work with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
- Strong ownership and autonomy, with responsibility for the overall outcome, not just the code.
- Written and spoken English level B1+ (Intermediate+) and above
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain server apps, APIs, and other company products.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Optimize database performance through indexing, caching, and query optimization.
- Ensure service observability through proper logging, monitoring, and metrics.
- Improve code quality through unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
