Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Treasury Sales OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Treasury Sales
  • Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint enabling you to download & sort information, look for analytic value and present ideas in a simple but effective format.

Responsibilities

  • Understand your portfolio companies' business model and strategically position SVB’s solutions.
  • Retain and drive revenue growth in assigned markets by providing client focused solutions to client challenges.
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners to build scalable solutions for clients and prospects, with a focus on their Payments and Deposit needs.
  • Partner with FCB colleagues to drive client friendly cross-sell efforts and enhance client relationships.
  • Sell the full suite of SVB’s payments products and services with a focus on technology forward payment solutions.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend effective strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing to optimize profitability.
  • Provide market-competitive solutions for clients.
  • Review client portfolios to determine gaps in cash management products or opportunities to expand existing relationships.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of client satisfaction across assigned portfolio.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet sales goals and product penetration goals.
  • Partner with senior Managers in the Commercial Bank to achieve cross sell goals.
