About The Position

Responsible for the dedicated management, operational oversight, and success of a large, complex customer program, focusing on efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and value optimization. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in program management, customer service, and team leadership to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience.
Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry.
Previous P&L responsibility, prior experience in a customer service environment.
Requires up to 60% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).
Requires leadership ability, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a single, complex customer program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Maintain strong relationships and resolve customer issues.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the program.
Directly manage, develop, and support the team responsible for delivering services to the customer, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program goals are met.
Identify and address operational issues within the program, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities.
Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance.
Align delivery and adoption with strategic goals to drive measurable client outcomes.
