The Senior Global Marketing Manager - Hematology is responsible for setting the global marketing vision and strategy, orchestrating new product launch excellence, strengthening brand awareness, and translating customer and market insights into campaign development and execution that accelerate growth across regions. This position reports to the Director of Global Marketing Hematology, Urinalysis & Microbiology and is part of the team and will be fully remote.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience: Bachelor’s +12 years, Master’s +10 years, or PhD +8 years in life sciences, biotechnology, or related field
  • Industry experience within diagnostics, life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes and clear ownership
  • Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to distill complex scientific data into clear, impactful messaging for diverse audiences including executives
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including some international travel

Nice To Haves

  • Sales, Marketing, or Product Management expertise in hematology products.
  • Understanding of laboratory medicine personas and clinical laboratory environment.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global marketing strategy for the Hematology portfolio, grounded in deep understanding of clinical hematology workflows, customer pain points, and competitive landscapes to drive differentiated positioning and sustainable growth initiatives.
  • Lead the global launch planning and execution for complex, multi-product hematology launches, independently convening communication, product, medical, regional, and operational SMEs to drive readiness, resolve risks early, and deliver timely execution across markets.
  • Own VOC, market mapping, segmentation, campaign messaging, and lead follow-up strategy across hematology customer segments and geographies, translating customer insights into targeted marketing plans that support pipeline creation and conversion
  • Strengthen global hematology brand awareness and credibility through strategic laboratory medicine tradeshow leadership, congress planning, and scientific storytelling, ensuring consistent brand expression and impactful presence across global and regional events.
  • Develop and activate evidence-based marketing strategies in partnership with Medical and Scientific Affairs, including study planning input, KOL identification, consulting relationships, podium talks, webinars, white papers, and other scientific thought leadership opportunities
