We’re looking for a stellar Senior Global Product Manager to lead the development and launch of strategic new consumer electronics products at Cricut. Known for our innovation and product design, you will have the opportunity to take us to the next level, as you translate market and consumer insights into strategic product launches. As a Senior Global Product Manager, you'll: Manage the strategy and execution of new product innovation and renovation Create full product business plans, including product concept, positioning, forecasting, P&L management, etc. Conduct industry and competitive analyses to drive strategic product decisions Identify key research questions and assist in developing consumer learning plan Actively conduct research and share insights with the cross-functional team Define the consumer target, positioning, key benefits and features Develop product requirements and gain cross-functional alignment Work closely with ID, engineering, China team and QA on executing the product Lead Gate meetings associated with the product launch Track project timeline and ensure team is hitting key milestones Lead development of product packaging, partnering with Creative Team Partner with channel marketing to develop selling story for channel partners Partner with marketing to support successful product launch Managing ongoing business post launch, including tracking product performance Manage other existing products, including business reporting, forecasting, and on-going business needs
