We’re looking for a stellar Product Manager to drive the launch of the next generation of Cricut products. You will have the opportunity to translate the excitement and needs of our consumers into developing new products, renovating existing products, and helping further the growth of our brand. As a Hardware Product Manager, you'll: Determine the strategy and manage the execution of new product initiatives and/or core product improvements to market launch Conduct competitive analysis to understand the market and key opportunities to differentiate product Identify key research questions and assist in developing consumer learning plan Actively participate in research and share insights with the cross-functional team Define the consumer target, positioning, key benefits and features Develop product requirements and gain cross-functional alignment Work closely with ID, engineering, China team and QA on executing the product Lead Gate meetings associated with the product launch Track project timeline and ensure team is hitting key milestones Lead development of product packaging, partnering with Creative Team Partner with Channel Marketing to develop selling story for channel partners Managing ongoing business post launch, including tracking product performance
