About The Position
A well-established global asset manager with multi-billion-dollar assets under management is seeking an experienced investment professional to join its New York investment team. The firm follows a long-term, fundamental investment philosophy focused on identifying high-quality growth companies globally. This role offers direct exposure to portfolio managers and meaningful participation in investment decision-making within a collaborative international investment platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
- Approximately 15+ years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, or portfolio management.
- Strong financial modeling, accounting, and valuation skills.
- Experience covering Technology/TMT or other growth-oriented sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a lean, highly collaborative team environment.
Nice To Haves
- MBA and/or CFA preferred.
- Experience covering Technology/TMT or other growth-oriented sectors is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bottom-up fundamental equity research across global markets and assigned sectors.
- Develop and present differentiated investment ideas.
- Monitor portfolio holdings and assess company, industry, and market developments.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Meet company management teams and perform extensive due diligence and industry research.
- Work closely with investment professionals across global offices.
