Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, Construction Management, Energy Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in program management, infrastructure project delivery, utility coordination, energy procurement, or energy analytics.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-partner programs across external partners and internal teams.
  • Strong collaborator management and organizational skills.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with advanced Excel and financial modeling capability.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with regulated utilities, public utility commissions, or regulatory bodies.
  • Experience negotiating or assisting in negotiations for PPAs, VPPAs, ESAs, utility tariffs, or natural gas agreements.
  • Experience supporting large industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, or data center infrastructure programs.
  • Experience with construction power, interconnection, and utility service procedures.
  • Experience building and using AI agent tools to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and improve team efficiency.
  • Experience with electricity market analysis, load forecasting, or scenario modeling.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, AI agents, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the collaborator engagement needed to ensure flawless construction-phase power and utility service.
  • Serve as a key coordination point across Energy Procurement, Facilities, Government Affairs, Legal, Finance, and site leadership, ensuring world-class collaboration and communication.
  • Serve as a strategic right-hand to team leadership, steering priorities, communications, and decisions toward successful completion across the global energy organization.
  • Manage utility and external partner relationships throughout the project lifecycle, strictly aligning need dates, timelines, and agreements.
  • Drive funding and payment timing workflows to keep critical utility work on schedule.
  • Track regulatory and utility commission timelines, determining impacts on construction and advancing risks early.
  • Support energy negotiations by preparing commercial analysis, term comparisons, and arguments for PPAs, VPPAs, ESAs, utility contracts, and natural gas agreements.
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel models and financial analyses to inform procurement timing and infrastructure decisions.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations on programs, market conditions, risks, and achievements.
