Within this portfolio, PillCam capsule endoscopy is transforming the way clinicians visualize and evaluate the GI tract - unlocking diagnostic insight through a simple, patient‑friendly technology that expands access to care and enables earlier detection of disease. Each PillCam capsule contains a miniature camera(s) that travels naturally through the GI tract, capturing thousands of images that provide physicians with critical diagnostic insight. As the largest portfolio within the Endoscopy business, PillCam plays a critical role in advancing innovation, expanding clinical impact, and driving future growth. The Senior Global Downstream Product Manager leads global commercialization for the PillCam franchise, translating product strategy into go-to-market plans, launch strategies, and commercial programs that drive adoption and revenue growth. This role partners with regional teams to successfully launch innovations and expand the adoption of capsule diagnostics across the GI care pathway.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, downstream marketing, or commercial strategy roles OR Advanced degree with 5 years of experience in product marketing, downstream marketing, or commercial strategy roles
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (unless the role is Principal-level or above).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading global product launches for medical technologies or medical devices
  • Experience developing commercialization strategies and sales enablement programs
  • Understanding of gastroenterology clinical workflows and diagnostic pathways
  • Experience working with regional commercial teams in global healthcare markets
  • Understanding of reimbursement and health economics influencing GI diagnostics adoption
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or life sciences

Responsibilities

  • Lead global commercialization strategy and market activation for the PillCam portfolio
  • Develop global positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned with clinical and economic value
  • Partner with regional marketing leaders to drive adoption, utilization growth, and market expansion
  • Lead global launch strategy and readiness planning for new PillCam products and platform enhancements
  • Develop global launch toolkits, messaging frameworks, and marketing assets
  • Coordinate cross‑functional readiness across marketing, sales enablement, clinical education, and training teams
  • Drive global market development initiatives that increase awareness and utilization of capsule endoscopy
  • Partner with regional teams to identify barriers to adoption and develop programs that accelerate clinical uptake
  • Support physician education and value communication initiatives across markets
  • Monitor market performance, competitive dynamics, and adoption metrics to optimize commercial strategy
  • Partner with regions to gather market insights and translate them into actionable commercial initiatives
  • Support forecasting, business planning, and franchise performance tracking
