About The Position

At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. Medtronic’s Endoscopy business is dedicated to advancing gastrointestinal care through innovative, minimally invasive technologies that help physicians diagnose and treat disease earlier and more effectively. Working at the intersection of clinical insight, technology, and commercial excellence, the team develops solutions that improve patient outcomes and procedural efficiency. Within this business, PillCam capsule endoscopy is transforming the way clinicians visualize and evaluate the gastrointestinal tract - unlocking diagnostic insight through a simple, patient‑friendly technology that expands access to care and enables earlier detection of disease. Each PillCam capsule contains a miniature camera(s) that travels naturally through the GI tract, capturing thousands of images that provide physicians with critical diagnostic insight. As the largest portfolio within the Endoscopy business, PillCam plays a critical role in advancing innovation, expanding clinical impact, and driving future growth.
