About The Position
We are seeking a Senior GIS Analyst to provide technical leadership for GIS projects, spatial analysis initiatives, geodatabase development, and enterprise GIS solutions.
Requirements
- Enterprise GIS architecture experience
- Advanced spatial analysis and modeling skills
- Geodatabase design and administration expertise
- Project management experience
- Leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of GIS experience
- Experience leading enterprise GIS projects
- Esri certifications preferred
- Preferred Industry Experience: Transportation and Infrastructure, Utilities Management, Environmental Analysis, Urban and Regional Planning, Engineering and Public Works
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and develop GIS-based solutions.
- Design GIS workflows, logical data models, and system architectures.
- Lead GIS projects from planning through implementation.
- Perform advanced spatial analysis and modeling.
- Design and maintain enterprise geodatabases.
- Develop GIS standards, governance policies, and best practices.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Prepare executive reports and stakeholder presentations.
- Support GIS integration with enterprise business systems.
