About The Position

This is a senior leadership and succession hire, not an individual contributor role. The company is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer (PE) who can eventually lead and grow the geotechnical practice. Requirements

• 10–15+ years of Geotechnical Engineering experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
• Technical proposal writing
• Client relationship management
• Project management
• Team leadership and mentoring
• Client-facing experience
• Strong technical communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Technical leadership
• Business development ability

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations
• Prepare proposals, reports, specifications, and cost estimates

• Provide technical oversight and QA guidance
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff

• Help grow the geotechnical practice
• Lead projects from proposal through completion
