About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Genesys Cloud CX. The role involves designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise contact center solutions. The ideal candidate has good working knowledge of AWS cloud services, with Python scripting experience as an advantage. This is a remote contract position.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX.
• Expertise in Genesys Cloud configuration, architecture, routing, IVR, and integrations.
• Good working knowledge of AWS services and cloud architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in enterprise contact center environments.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Python scripting and automation.
• Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with AWS services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud monitoring.
• Enterprise contact center technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Work on Genesys Cloud architecture, IVR, call flows, ACD, routing, and contact center functionalities.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Genesys Cloud and enterprise applications.
• Work with AWS services to support cloud-based integrations and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Genesys Cloud platform and integration issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Support deployments, enhancements, testing, and production issues.
• Leverage Python scripting for automation and operational improvements.
