Additionally, the role involves leading configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of system changes across multiple HRIS modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Talent, and Onboarding. This includes owning complex business process designs, mass data updates, and ensuring configuration aligns with system governance, best practices, and enterprise design principles. The position also involves maintaining master data values, conducting data audits, resolving discrepancies, and partnering with IT stakeholders on integrations, security updates, and system fixes. The Senior Generalist will also design and administer human resource plans and procedures, including benefits administration, assist in policy development, and maintain the employee handbook. Key responsibilities include ensuring EEO-1 report compliance, driving recruitment efforts, conducting new-employee orientations, monitoring career-pathing programs, and writing advertisements. The role also handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, exit interviewing, and ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification. Finally, the position will utilize HR data to drive changes related to compensation, benefits, training, and recruitment, determining improvements and reporting to management.
