The Restaurant General Manager at The Vault at Bellagio is responsible for leading all aspects of operations within Bellagio’s exclusive luxury cocktail and dining lounge. This role oversees the management and service teams while delivering an elevated guest experience centered around sophistication, personalized service, and world class food and beverage offerings. The General Manager drives operational and financial performance, develops team talent, maintains exceptional service standards, and ensures every guest experience reflects the luxury and exclusivity of The Vault and the Bellagio brand. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
