About The Position
The Senior General Ledger Accountant will manage general ledger accounting for multiple clients at a CPA firm. The position is full-time, in-office, and direct hire in Houston, Texas. Compensation is $85,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience, and is negotiable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 8 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Nice To Haves
- CPA preferred or in progress.
- CPA firm experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounting for multiple clients.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
