About The Position

The Senior Game Data Analyst will turn complex, large-scale data into clear, actionable insights that directly shape business decisions across user acquisition, retention, and monetization. This role is key to helping teams work more efficiently and smarter by building reliable reporting systems and uncovering opportunities hidden in the data. On a daily basis, the analyst will own end-to-end analysis from querying raw data to delivering clear, actionable insights, build and optimize dashboards to track product and business performance in real time, identify growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, and monetization, and recommend data-driven actions. The analyst will also ensure data accuracy by investigating and resolving inconsistencies and partner closely with product and development teams to provide data-driven recommendations and drive impact. The role involves working cross-functionally with product and development teams daily, and collaborating with an international team of data experts, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proficient in SQL with experience working on large, complex datasets
  • Practical experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Solid experience in quantitative analysis (4–5 years) in tech or digital products
  • Solid understanding of business metrics, especially monetization and performance tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a rapid environment
  • Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
  • Consistently identifies opportunities for growth and executes improvement plans
  • Effective communicator, able to present insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player who can also take ownership of tasks
