BetterUp is looking for a Senior Business Recruiter to join our People & Community team. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across G&A functions — Finance, Legal, and People —and the flexibility to support additional functions across the business as needs evolve., serving as a strategic talent advisor while managing full-cycle searches from individual contributors through executive level. This is a role for someone with genuine range — equally comfortable in a C-suite conversation and a sourcing sprint — who thrives in ambiguity and can build trust at every level. As a Senior Business Recruiter at BetterUp, you’ll: Drive functional strategy for AI adoption in talent acquisition—identifying transformational opportunities that improve pipeline quality, speed, and candidate experience Build scalable AI-powered recruiting workflows—from sourcing and screening to interview prep and offer management—that free capacity for high-judgment human work Serve as a trusted advisor to recruiting leadership on AI tools, capabilities, and responsible use in hiring contexts Establish best practices for AI-assisted recruiting that balance automation with the human-centered approach our candidates and hiring managers expect We encourage all candidates to share examples of how they’ve integrated AI into their recruiting practice—whether that’s sourcing tools, intake prep, or process automation. We view AI fluency as a force multiplier, not a replacement for craft.
