About The Position

Cloudmuscle is looking for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their growing team. This full-time role involves client interaction, gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, user training, and some project management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce technology
  • Strong skills in Salesforce configuration tools
  • Hands-on experience with various Salesforce products (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience)
  • Experience implementing complex solutions using available clouds and custom development
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams
  • Ability to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions
  • Understanding of key architecture concepts
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (Dutch is required)
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., AI Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, App Builder, Admin, Advanced Admin)
  • Driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements, user stories, and future needs with clients, approaching challenges as opportunities for growth.
  • Design intuitive Salesforce solutions for process automation, improved user experience, and data modeling.
  • Configure Salesforce Flows and declarative tools, and clearly communicate custom development requirements to Technical Consultants.
  • Determine valuable reports and dashboards for clients to measure their success.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, conducting discovery sessions and proposing strategic Salesforce roadmaps.
