Cloudmuscle is looking for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their growing team. This full-time role involves client interaction, gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, user training, and some project management. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree
4+ years of experience with Salesforce technology
Strong skills in Salesforce configuration tools
Hands-on experience with various Salesforce products (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience)
Experience implementing complex solutions using available clouds and custom development
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams
Ability to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions
Understanding of key architecture concepts
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (Dutch is required)
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., AI Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, App Builder, Admin, Advanced Admin)
Driver's license

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, user stories, and future needs with clients, approaching challenges as opportunities for growth.
Design intuitive Salesforce solutions for process automation, improved user experience, and data modeling.
Configure Salesforce Flows and declarative tools, and clearly communicate custom development requirements to Technical Consultants.
Determine valuable reports and dashboards for clients to measure their success.
Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Participate in pre-sales activities, conducting discovery sessions and proposing strategic Salesforce roadmaps.
