About The Position

Graham Technologies is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst (Project Coordinator) to provide administrative and operational coordination support to our customers, ensuring effective communication, policy consistency, and resource optimization across clinical and research operations. Location: Bethesda, MD Key Responsibilities: Coordinate administrative and operational activities. Manage taskers, maintain updated records, and track action items. Draft, edit, and track policy documentation, memoranda, and administrative instructions. Support governance documentation aligned with federal standards. Provide meeting support and executive briefing preparation. Required Skills: U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government background investigation in accordance with contract requirements. Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, healthcare administration, or related field. Experience supporting DoD or federal healthcare leadership environments.
