This is a strategic role at the heart of logistics, focusing on the HRIS function. The Senior Functional Analyst, HRIS will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and validating stakeholder needs and processes, providing support and training to stakeholders (particularly HR) to enhance user experience. The role involves configuring, reviewing, and maintaining the Workday system, including business process design, security, and audit implementation. Additionally, the analyst will define objectives, scope, timelines, phases, milestones, and establish budgets for HR platforms projects and continuous improvements. They will also work on implementation projects of new modules independently, create and maintain documentation, identify opportunities for business process improvement, and monitor new Workday features for adoption. The role also includes documenting business and functional requirements, establishing and monitoring data quality metrics, and collaborating with various IT, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders, as well as external vendors. Ensuring compliance with security policies, identifying integration requirements, and participating in root cause analysis of data flow issues are also key responsibilities.
