About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Fullstack Java Developer for a hybrid role with a Global Financial Institution in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, testing, and supporting large-scale Java applications. The ideal candidate will use the latest development technologies, provide technical direction, and collaborate within an Agile SDLC. The position requires 3 days onsite per week.

Requirements

At least seven years of IT experience as a Senior Fullstack Java Developer
Experience with Core Java
Deep expertise in full stack java technologies
Experience with microservice Containers/ Cloud
Good analytical and problem-solving skills for software design and development
Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, test, support, maintain and debug Java applications
Utilize latest development technologies to solve for business requirements
Provide strategic technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives and technology stack
Represent technical team in SDLC for Agile project methodologies
Collaborate with external programming teams to deliver software on time and within budget
Monitor and enhance the stability and performance of the existing applications
