About The Position

At VAIRIX, we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong experience in Ruby on Rails and React to join a mature, production-level project. The ideal candidate brings solid backend expertise in Rails, combined with hands-on frontend experience in React — especially working with class components. You should feel comfortable working in a cloud-based environment (AWS), understand containerized applications (Docker), and have experience with monitoring and debugging tools like Sentry or Honeybadger. We value developers who are autonomous, proactive, and product-oriented, with the ability to navigate complex systems, contribute to technical decisions, and collaborate effectively within a distributed team. Advanced English is required, as you’ll be working closely with international stakeholders.
